The villa (600 sqm - 6,456 sqft) is laid out onto four floors organized as follows: - Basement: technical room, four ample rooms, bathroom with possibility of sauna. One of the room is kitchen-ready. The underground rooms (fully habitable) are all fitted with windows and well lit thanks to a round-running cavity covered in glass-bricks which allow light to pass through. Showers in the main bathrooms are all made out of carved marble.
