The stone building dates back to the 16th century and it is the oldest grain / olive oil mill in the Castagneto Carducci area. The property used to belong to a noble Tuscan family. The historic mill is characterized by terracotta floors, wooden floors, ceilings with wooden beams, ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta tiles, brick arches and stone fireplaces.
