This attractive stone house, originally built 150 years ago, has been completely rebuilt and refurnished in 2015. It sits in the heart of one of Slovenia’s most interesting Karst villages Komen, surrounded by vineyards, beautiful Karst villas and the Adriatic Sea. It offers a perfect holiday accommodation for a family or a group of friends in the beautiful Karst environment, home of prosciutto ham, Teran wine and the famous Karst caverns. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area, a uniquely styled living room with access to the small garden, where one can find a barbeque area and a Jacuzzi. On this floor there is also a bedroom and sauna. Two bedrooms on the first floor and additional space (kids love it) in the loft. To Trieste there is 22 km, while the Slovenian Coast (Portorož) is only 38 km away. An array of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkeling, windsurfing, kite surfing, golfing, riding, bicycling, fishing and sailing. The house is currently being let out to tourists and the new owner could take over the short-term rental business if wanted.
