Large Light apartment - Oliva - OCAP327000Offering good value to a large family we have this 4 bedroom apartment, well located near all amenities.   The front door opens on to a large entrance hall with double doors to the lounge / dining room with 2 big windows for plenty of light.There is a separate wc and a family bathroom, 3 large doubles and a single bedroom and a nice kitchen with access to a utility room.Up 1 flight of stairs is the large communal roof terrace with some good views over the town and only shared with 3 other apartments.At this price, of course there is a slight downside, it is on the 4th floor with no lift.  Other than that, good value for the fit!
