Cute & colourful! - Townhouse - Oliva - OCTH752000BWell located near San Roc we have this colourful property in need of some minor TLC.  The owners obviously enjoy strong colours and with a lick of paint, this could be bright as a button in no time.   The front door opens onto the lounge, which has double doors through to the main living area.  There is a good size diner with a log burner, open plan kitchen and a very cute little patio with access to the shower room.Stairs lead to 2 large double bedrooms (one with a dressing room - which could likely convert to an en-suite) and then on to the roof terrace, which although not huge has a very open aspect and some lovely views.Looking for a holiday home, this is definitely worth a look, as is!
