In a splendid Art Nouveau building built in the 1920s, we offer for sale, on the 3rd floor, an apartment consisting of: entrance into a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom with access to the small balcony facing inside, and bedroom with walk-in closet and small balcony overlooking the courtyard via Manzoni. The house was the subject of a different distribution of spaces, and it was repainted two years ago. There are air conditioners in all rooms except the kitchen.
