In the Val di Noto region, namely in the beautiful Valle degli Dèi (Valley of the Gods), there are plans for luxury villas featuring contemporary design and an exclusive hotel. There is the Bronte Pistachio, called "The green gold of Sicily" with its extraordinary colour and unmistakable flavour given by its volcanic mineral components. Finally, the extra virgin olive oil from the Monti Iblei, an essential ingredient that perfumes every dish with the Mediterranean flavour.
