There will be 11 blocks of 14-storey residential towers (total 616 units) with 2 levels of basement carpark, tennis court, swimming pool, landscape deck, clubhouse & many other communal facilities. As this is the first EC in the area since 2014, strong pent-up demand can be expected. This is one of the largest executive condo sites since the sale of the Tampines Avenue 10 land plot in 2018 where Parc Central Residences is being built.
