This is a review of Altura EC located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 8 in Singapore’s District 23. To be developed by a joint venture between Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction, it is expected to offer about 375 residential units of 2- to 5-bedrooms. The 12,449.3 sq m site with a maximum gross floor area of 37,348 sq m was launched for sale on 23 December 2021 under the government land sale (GLS) programme. It drew nine bids in a hotly contested tender, attesting to the favourable outlook for executive condos amid a lack of supply in the area. The last EC that was launched in Bukit Batok was The Dew in May 2001.
