This is an independent house in a small, pretty urbanisation of villas, located in El Parador, Hacienda Guadalupe. The house is completely detached with a private garden. There is direct access via a gate from the garden to a path that leads to a lovely communal adult pool and kids' pool, surrounded by lush gardens. This means that you are surrounded by some incredible places - in less than an hour you can be on the white sandy beaches of Tarifa and Costa de la Luz. In 10 minutes, you can be in the well-known Sotogrande with its luxurious, 'The Beach' Resort in La Reserva or its world-renowned golf courses. You are also minutes away from La Duquesa Marina with its numerous restaurants and cafes. If you fancy some shopping or nightlife, Marbella and Puerto Banus are just over 20 minutes away. The area is known for its lovely beaches and fabulous restaurants. Neighbouring Casares is also known for its gastronomy and spectacular white-washed village. The area has lots to offer.
