This very characteristic property has been restored with great care and respect for tradition. For over 300 years the original building which was built in the mid-600's above a private bridge, was the mill for Villa Torrigiani and was the famous residence of a noble family from nearby Camigliano. The renovation was carried out with taste and careful research into details such as the chestnut beams and antique terracotta floors which are handmade and the restoration of the entire stone facade. The main body of the building is on three main levels over the large arch which supports the bridge below where the small stream flows.
