This amazing house is very different and if you like something quirky then this is for you. It has a cozy, Spanish feel and is steps away from a beautiful almost private beach and communal pool area and gardens. It has a very large, bright and private patio on the ground floor which is fully paved hence no maintenance required. There is a barbecue and a couple of flower beds for plants or herbs. Part of the downstairs has an open plan kitchen, dining-room and lounge. However there is another spacious room adjoining which can be used as an additional lounge, it is currently an open space with a curtained off extra bedroom. There is a downstairs toilet and shower. So all in all the living area is pretty big. There is a windy wooden staircase in the corner that takes you up to the next three floors where there is in total six bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom does have an extra shower inside and it's own small terrace. Each floor has it's own spacious terrace with room for table and chairs and couches and overlooking the hills opposite. When you reach the third floor you will find a roof top terrace with a 360 degree view of the beach, hills and mountains in the distance. You could not wish for a better view!
