The total area of the villa is about 400 sq.m. and it’s divided into 3 independent apartments. A little bit detached from the buildings, there’s the 7 x 4m pool. Currently it’s out of the ground, but you may apply for an in-ground pool. Last but not least, the current owners have dug the ground to find water and now the property enjoys a well, as well as a water tank, so they can be fully independent in terms of water supply, especially in the summer. The Location Ostuni is known-worldwide, famous for its small and white lanes winding around the perimetre walls.
