Tkon, island of Pašman, newly built and luxuriously furnished house, villa with swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea for sale. It is located on the northern slope of the hill, on the top of which is a unique cultural monument of zero category, the only living male Benedictine monastery in Croatia and on the Adriatic Sea, Ćokovac. There is also a technical room for the pool, which also serves as a storage room for bicycles and deckchairs. Tkon on the island of Pašman is a picturesque Dalmatian place, the largest on the island of Pašman, which is connected to the island of Ugljan by a bridge, so that two ferry lines, Biograd - Tkon and Zadar - Preko maintain a quality connection between these two islands and the mainland. In Tkon there are three grocery stores, two butchers, a fish market, a pharmacy, a doctor's clinic, taverns and restaurants, cultural monuments with the most valuable Benedictine male monastery, landscaped and maintained sandy and stone beaches, cycling roads and mountain paths, viewpoints from which the view to the northeast - the Pašman Channel and Ravne Kotare, and to the southwest - the Middle Channel and the archipelago of the Kornati National Park.
