Description The main villa of 380 sq m has two levels. From the main entrance you enter what was once the old stable and now converted into a large living room embellished with an old billiard table and a fireplace from the time. Authorization was granted to plant another 5000 square meters of vines by 2020 as well as to various fruit trees. Fruit production is mainly centered on "Dottati" and "Brogiotti" figs, apricots and cherries. The entirely clayey lake basin of about 2000 square meters ensures the Company a water deposit of about 6000/7000 m³ and the possibility of a plant for fish and salmonid farming and sport fishing. The land is mainly made up of clay and Alberese, the exposure is facing north / west. The activity of this farm is enriched by the farm of about 80 square meters.
