Lovely village house located very close to the centre of the village with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, guest toilet, roof terrace and a bodega! The house is distributed over 3 floors as follows: Ground floor: you enter the house through the front courtyard, where there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a small inner courtyard and a guest toilet. In this courtyard there is a spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace on the upper floor. Returning to the main entrance of the house, to the right, there is the living room, a spacious and bright room and then there is another room which could be a bedroom or study. First floor: on this floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom. In the hallway leading to two of the bedrooms there is a large built-in wooden wardrobe. There is an external staircase from one of the bedrooms leading to a bodega, this room has a unique charm as the bodega is set into the natural stone of the mountain. On the first floor is the roof terrace, a very large space with beautiful views and a utility/storage room, this could be converted into a summer kitchen. Just above this roof terrace is another slightly smaller terrace. The house is in need of modernisation but has a lot of charm and a lot of potential. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility due to the stairs.
