Seconds from the Los Cristianos beachfront promenade, this 1 bedroom apartment has just come up for sale in a building called Guayero, on the Los Cristianos seafront. Inside Inside this 48m2 apartment, you'll see there's plenty of light and space, it's got an open concept American style kitchen with a breakfast bar, there's a double bedroom with two fitted wardrobes, more storage cupboards as you walk into the apartment and the bright lounge area has a sliding door giving access to the balcony. Outside The apartment has a balcony of 7m2 which gets the morning sun, OK 7m2 isn't the largest balcony in the world but it's big enough for 2 sun beds or a table and 4 chairs and it has both sea and mountain views. Admittedly, it would be nice if the hotel wasn't right in front of you but to be honest, as large as the hotel is, it isn't really that imposing when you've got the open views that this balcony has:you've got to see it for yourself to understand what I'm saying:there's a video further down, that'll give you a better idea. Edificio Guayero - The Building The building of Guayero was probably built in the 80s and is literally seconds walk away from the promenade that runs along the beaches of Los Cristianos. This complex is situated so well, it's about 5 minutes flat walk into town, 3 minutes to the Los Cristianos Sunday market and seconds to the seafront and beaches. There's a community pool which is shared between the Guayero building and the El Carmen building next door, which you might think makes it over crowded, but with the sandy beaches of Los Cristianos within such easy striking distance, the pools tend to be underutilised. Los Cristianos - The Town Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
