The swimming pool sits at the rear of the villa and the surrounding space is completely tiled. The outside space of the villa is very low maintenance, and there are planted boarders full of mature plants. The pedestrian access is to the front of the property and the original vehicle gateway is to the side. From the side of the villa there are steps that lead to the large rooftop sun terrace or solarium, which has commanding views across the open country side and across to the Sierra Espunas. Up here there is scope to create a third bedroom or guest apartment should you wish, but it is a great additional outdoor space too. The property is located in a quiet area of Camposol which benefits from two commercial centres with a variety of local amenities. Camposol is an easy 15 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean and the wonderful Marina of Puerto de Mazarron. Murcia International Airport (Corvera) is less than a 30 minute drive and Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour away.
