My name is Michiel De Vogeleer. I thrive on challenges and not knowing what comes next. This kept me on the edge to never stop learning and it helped me develop my problem solving mindset.

'The world is not big enough'. The urge to travel and to experience new things lead me to many places, but there is no place like Cape Town, honestly.  I am from Belgium but reside in South Africa since 2016 and never looked back ever since.

It is only since I moved to Cape Town that I was drawn to the challenging lifestyle of entrepreneurship. I found my way to property via my own Tourism Start-Ups that pivoted into a short term holiday rental concept. Now I am into property sales, investments and property tech. Real Estate really felt like coming home. 

Cape Town is not difficult to sell as a destination. Hence, Cape Town has the highest return rate tourism in the world! Since I live here in Cape Town I have build a significant network of South Africans, entrepreneurs, location independent professionals, property investors, developers and many more people that share the same passion. Of Course it really helps that the South African property market has unseen return on investment compared to many other nations in the world.

I am a true advocate of delivering high quality service to create a life long relationship with my clients and partners. This business philosophy is the reason I own a Property Investment Company with my business partner I did short term rentals with years ago. 

I really look for the properties that makes sense from an investment point of view. I focus on residential sales and developments in all Cape Town areas between Camps Bay and Sunset Beach. ... But as you understand by now, I don't say no to any interesting opportunity as my agency is truly leading the way in international business.
