Usually, before I visit the properties to the future buyers, I like to take a trip together to know the reality where the property is located. This beautiful apartment is located in Modena. We are in Val Padana, all around us there is a splendid greenery, guaranteed by the presence of the rivers Secchia and Panaro. Modena is one of the economic hearts of Europe, home to famous food, metal and ceramic industries. In this case I started the scenic tour from the visit to the apartment and then discover the city at a later time. We are in a building 100 meters from the historic center of Modena, on the fifth of eight floors. This apartment is typical of the well-known families of Modena. Overlooking the balcony of the living area we can admire the Ghirlandina tower and it will be here that we begin our visit to the city of Modena with a mandatory stop, as it is lunch time, to the Aldina Trattoria, in the market area of the city. I like the idea of ringing a bell and climbing the stairs to find a place where time has stopped and which exudes of "modernism", after all, life is made of this, a beautiful house to live, a good restaurant and excellent company.
