The Nestore Valley is located within the borders of Città di Castello, among the few uncontaminated landscapes in central italy. The property is located 1.5 km from Volterrano, which is 25 km from Città di Castello. Cortona is 30 km away, Castiglion Fiorentino 25 km, Arezzo 45 km, Lake Trasimeno 60 km.
