Location The Upper Tiber Valley is a landscape of great natural beauty celebrated in many works of art over the centuries. it has two main cities, Sansepolcro in Tuscany and Città di Castello in Umbria. The Nestore Valley is located within the borders of Città di Castello, among the few uncontaminated landscapes in central italy. The property is located 1.5 km from Volterrano, which is 25 km from Città di Castello. Cortona is 30 km away, Castiglion Fiorentino 25 km, Arezzo 45 km, Lake Trasimeno 60 km. The airports of Florence and Rome are 140 and 250 km away respectively. The property can be reached from the A1, with the Monte San Savino exit and a subsequent route of about 40 km. until you reach Castiglion Fiorentino to climb up to Umbria once you have passed that village. it is located on the border with Tuscany. For those coming from the South or East of italy, the E 45 is also available, with exit near Città di Castello and subsequent route to Trestina- Morra- Volterrano. Description The farmhouse has an extension of 600 sq.m. and is composed of two adjoining flats of which the second, the smallest, has been obtained ex novo during the renovation of the former stables for small livestock located in the south and lowered part of the main building. inside there are, therefore, a total of 2 kitchens, 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms (on the ground floor and on the first floor of the main portion of the building) and a studio. To complete the building there is a restored and habitable outbuilding of 35 square metres (currently not declared as a civil dwelling) with WC.
