Benamargosa is a charming little pueblo with services, cafes and restaurants and it is only 11 kilometers from Velez-Malaga. Malaga centro only 47 km and Torre del Mar beach 17 km. Area is well know for its agriculture. Citrus and other tropical fruit trees especially avocado. The river Benamargosa gives this land its lush propensity to let these abundant orchards flourish. Pueblo has its public swimming pool. Good road access.This old fashion, rustic, beautiful and full of character townhouse is in the middle of the Benamargosa, walking distance to the supermarket and cafe and restaurants and as well the bus stop. Parking is on the street. You enter your house to the living room which has a pellet burner for cozy winter days. Next to the living room you have a lovely another salon for dining or just chilling, and here you can access to your patio. Patio can be accessed as well from outside, next to the main door. During taking photos the town was repairing the road front of the house for better water pipes and as well fibra optica internet. Axartel is proving a good internet in the pueblo. From patio you have the stairs going upstairs as well.From the main, entrance living room you enter to the dining area and the kitchen. Lot of work space in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen is really practical laundry and storage room with toilet.On the second floor you have 3 bedrooms (one en-suite) and another bathroom. The en-suite bedroom access to the balcony where you can go downstairs to your patio. Lovely pueblo and mountain views. The other bedroom has its own balcony with the same views. Third room is smaller but perfect for quest room or and a office or walk-in closet. You have the roof window here. On the second floor hallway has another roof window, great to get the natural light here.
