This wonderful, traditional finca property is located less than 10 minutes drive to the village of Competa. Located in the heart of the Andalusian countryside, it has easy access from a concreted track. Up some tiled steps you arrive at the swimming pool and sun terrace. The sun terrace is at one end and has a retractable shade with space for sun loungers as well as a small table and chairs. You then step down to the swimming pool, which has tiled steps in one corner to lead you into the cooling water. There is a balustrade surround and from here you have beautiful views of the countryside and down the the Mediterranean Sea in the distance. The land extends up and behind the swimming pool where you will find cultivated vines and olive trees. The land is terraced with dry stone walls. This is a really super property with a great combination of a traditional finca with farmed land and a villa type property with pool. It would make a superb holiday home or a permanent home for those who want to get a feel of the cultivated Andalusian countryside.
