Main accommodation: High ceilings are standard here, all windows / doors are double glazed, have mosquito blinds, rolling shutters and wrought iron grilles on windows and doors. The tiling extends throughout the entire space and continues onto the covered patio area. There is a small built in safe which will only be revealed to the next owner. Lounge/ diner: A faux fireplace in one corner; one airconditioning /heating unit; ceiling fan; connection points for telephone, broadband, tv & sattelite and alarm system. This room leads straight out onto a covered veranda (11 sqm) with spectacular views over the sea. You can hear the waves, see the full moon reflected on the water and enjoy the occasional great thunderstorm. Kitchen: White kitchen with a range of fitted units, black marble tops, built-in gas hob and electric oven, sink, free standing fridge/freezer, and microwave. Guest accommodation: You reach the guesthouse via the front steps, take a right turn onto the patio and find the door. You go through a wrought iron door and a Spanish block wooden door straight into the L-shaped lounge diner. Windows have views out to sea, patio and garden. The windows are double glazed with mosquito blinds and have grilles. Lounge / diner: There is a wrought iron dining table with four chairs which overlooks the sea, a built-in stone seat along one wall, and a lounge with two sofas and a tv connection point. Master bedroom: A large double bedroom with two single beds, three double sized fitted wardrobes, a window with a view out to sea , mosquito blinds & shutter and an airconditioning / heating unit. Kitchen: A range of fitted kitchen units with marble worktops, sink, free-standing hob and fridge. Bathroom: A shower, toilet and sink with a window with views out to the garden and on a good day you smell the lemon tree. Patio / garden: The patio leads down into the mature terraced garden and another patio area. The garden has a lemon tree, guava tree, oleander, plumbago, Chinese roses, bougainvillea, cypress trees, honey suckle, roses, palm trees and a range of succulent plants. Garage: This is a large garage with access straight from the main road. Mains utilities are connected (water & electricity). There are currently two sattelite dishes on the property, although they are disconnected. Beach: Calan Mig beach, the most popular sandy beach, is a 5min casual walk from the house.
