The car is curently fitted with correct Renault gearbox and a fresh 1100cc hill climb spec engine, believed c85bhp. The car can be sold with or without these, listed price is for the entire package. Notable work completed includes:- - FIA rollbar update - fitting of all new brake parts with correct all-round drums - new radiator/oilcooler, rear stub axles, hardy spicers, wheel bearings, Spax coil overs/springs - new steering wheel, fuel pump, coil, race battery, all new hoses - FIA approved fire extinguisher, steering joints, rain light, all brake cylinders and shoes are new or rebuilt, brake and clutch master cylinders rebuilt, clutch slave cylinder rebuilt, - engine spec - correct Ford 109E block with steel caps. Bore to fit 0.60 oversized pistons. 105E crankshaft 48mm stroke on std. journals. 105E con rods with ARP bolts.Lightened 105E fly wheel with sintered plate and std. clutch cover. KC234 fast road / rally camshaft. double row distribution chain. high volume oil pump. 105E cylinder head, ported with correct FJ size valves, double springs and 10mm plugs. Rocker shaft with steel post, spacers and lightened rockers. Extended sump and Motorcraft distributor on points. - new gearbox main gasket between Lotus spacer ring and Renault box, new inputshaft seal. Minor items to complete are:- - balancing wheels and alignment - heat wrap exhaust pipes. - fit new FIA safety belts. - fit exhaust silencer and fuel filter - new dashboard switches and minor wiring. - rolling road set up I believe work so far is correct for HTP papers to be issued once complete, an old set of papers is included plus many receipts from Peter Denty and other suppliers.
