We would then look for the contract to start immediately after the clean period. if more work is required we might be able to extend the void period but normally the start date is fixed. There is a reservation fee of one hundred pounds per room which will be payable upon reservation and reserves the property for 7 days for you, provided you proceed with your reservation this payment forms part of your first months rent.
