This splendid Venetian villa dates back to the end of the sixteenth century and is immersed in the heart of Valpolicella country a few kilometres from the centre of Verona and Lake Garda. The villa consists of a central structure with three floors above ground and two side wings each with two floors above ground. The central area is characterised by an impressive tympanum and a two-flight tuff staircase. The interiors reflect the typical Venetian layout with large living rooms, some of which are partly frescoed and painted with “temperoni”, and decorated wooden coffered ceilings. The living area is approximately 2200 square meters with 12 bathrooms and 8 parking spaces within the garage. The villa is surrounded by appurtenant land which is used primarily as a garden.
