As it is located on the northern part of the beach just around the point you will find the sister beach of Playa Grande... Playa Ventana. As you enter into the property you'll find the guesthouse on the left-hand side. Between the guest house and main home is the beautiful pool area which is surrounded by tropical vegetation and definitely large enough to enjoy hours on the end between beach walks or surf sessions. The main house offers two apartment style studios on the first level. As you walk up a grand staircase to the second level you will instantly be blessed with amazing views to the Pacific Ocean. The second level to the house offers a private loft, along with the master bedroom, one full bath, the kitchen area, family room and a huge wraparound terrace.
