The property is accessed via a small pedestrian and cycle path, a few tens of meters away from the main road. The property is located in a wooded area, crossed by the Rio Pratolino stream, which houses a perennial spring and a natural swimming pool with a suggestive waterfall. The farmhouse, obtained from a former olive oil mill, still maintains all the characteristics and the original finishes of an ancient rural stone building and spread over two floors. Inside the oil mill are still preserved, in suitable separate rooms, the millstones, the tanks and the ancient press with wooden gears. The interiors are habitable and consist of a large room with fireplace, a Tuscan-style kitchen, also equipped with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Entering the farmhouse, you are greeted by the Tuscan-style kitchen where the millstones and a nice fireplace in the corner are located. From the kitchen we proceed to reach the living room, where we find another fireplace. The living room leads to the bedroom, from which, through a ladder, you enter the bedroom, which is located on the lower floor. The floor below, which is located on the ground floor with an independent entrance, in addition to the bedroom also houses the bathroom, the millstone and press room as well as the closet with the old oil collection tank.
