This farmhouse of about 600sqm plus stable and outbuildings is part of a farm of about 40 hectares located in Montisi, in the municipality of Montalcino (si). it is located in a privileged position on a hill and the owned land completely surrounding the property. Location The farm is located about 2 km from the old town of Montisi; a small fraction of the municipality of Montalcino, a few kilometers from San Giovanni d'Asso. it is a historic village a few kilometers from various points of interest. in fact, around 20Km we find Asciano, Buonconvento, San Quirico d'Orcia, Pienza, Montepulciano and Trequanda. The nearest motorway access, that of Bettolle, is about 18Km far. The Buonconvento railway station, from which it is possible to reach Siena and Grosseto, is at 25Km. The airports of Florence and Rome are respectively 125 and 230 kilometers away. Description The property is accessed by a characteristic avenue of cypresses, along which you first encounter the large stable of about 1500 square meters (dedicated to raising rabbits), then the main house with its annexes.
