Rome is about 165km away. DESCRiPTiON The company is divided mainly into two bodies, the former agency maremma farmhouse to be modernized but with a concession for expansion of about 50 square meters and the cellar completed in 2017, it measures about 350 square meters and is equipped with vinification area, laboratory for honey, tasting room and aging, the whole building is air conditioned. There are also other agricultural outbuildings, former pigsties, for about 30 square meters. EXTERiOR SPACES The property has an extension of about 18 hectares, 4 of which are vineyards with the following qualities: Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay, Viogner. The company has an average production of about 7000 bottles per hectare. There are also 100 olive trees, which produce about 300 kg of oil, 6 hectares of forest and the rest arable land to be used for other crops. There is also a production of honey.
