In recent years, many internationals as well as Spanish have chosen Sotogrande as a place to live, due to its ease of access, only 1.5 hours from Malaga airport and 15 minutes from Gibraltar and the airport there. British, Scandinavians, Belgians and French lead the ranking of Europeans who have chosen to live in this area. The villa offers a sense of space and light with many windows overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
