This beautiful farmhouse was built in 1993 by the current owners following the traditional style, with recovered original materials, which provide the house with great interior comfort due to its high construction quality, good light and wide spaces in all its rooms; all this to achieve a perfect harmony. The farmhouse is located within a farm of just over 3 hectares, surrounded by private farmland and forest, within the Les Gavarres natural park, a protected area of high natural interest, which gives this home absolute privacy, tranquility and a direct connection with nature. However, it is located a few kilometers from La Bisbal d'Empordà where all available services are found. Upon entering the house, we are greeted by a large hall with a vaulted ceiling typical of the usual style of farmhouses. On one side, there is the large kitchen with dining area with its spectacular fireplace. On the other hand, we find the living room, as well as a complete courtesy bathroom. In its back and with identical dimensions, there is a warehouse that could be converted into a double bedroom with a bathroom for guests or service. At one end of the farm there is a large agricultural warehouse, ideal for storing vehicles for the care and maintenance of the farm.
