Talo osta in Vigo Rendena, Trentino-Alto Adige
Spiazzo, whose meaning takes its name, is the municipality born in 1928 from the union of the three villages of Val Rendena: Borzago, Fisto and Mortaso. Characterized by a large square in front of the church of San Vigilio, an ancient religious and civil meeting place of the village, it is located in the central point of the valley, at half-height and close to famous mountain resorts on all Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. It is an ideal destination to stay in summer as in winter, a place particularly suitable for family holidays but also as a permanent residence for those who love nature and the mountains. The landscape shows all its beauty, lying at the foot of the spectacular Dolomite peaks of Brenta and the Adamello and Presanella group with the valley that winds up to the eastern slopes of Carè Alto. The property we are going to see today is situated on one of the sides of the mountain, in the suburb of Mortaso and characterized by a large grassy garden bordered by a low wooden fence. It is lined with trees and an unusual pond adorned with hydrophytes and flowering bushes. The villa is spread over three floors above ground and inside there are as many apartments of different types. The external architecture leads us into the landscapes of the mountain valleys, the large double-pitched wood, the large balconies with wooden railings and, hanging on the windows, the ever-present planters that in the warm periods become a festival of colorful flowers. Now let's take a look inside and start from the ground floor with the first apartment that overlooks the garden overlooking the house and enjoys an enviable exposure and brightness. It occupies almost the entire floor and consists of a large living area where the characteristic "Mussa" stands out, the wood-burning stove that is a must in mountain homes, the bathroom and the bedrooms, both double and very spacious. We now go up to the first floor, where we can access from the inside, through the stairwell or from the back from the main entrance door to the villa. Go up a flight of stairs to our right we find the second apartment. Although currently conceived as a studio apartment, the large spaces and the great brightness immediately strike, guaranteed by windows and French windows that give access to the two balconies from which to enjoy the view of the valley. With a few modifications it is easy to divide it into a separate bedroom, making it even more functional. We now come to the highlight of the house, the main apartment which occupies part of the first floor and the entire second floor, connected internally by the internal staircase that dominates the living room. Here, too, there is no shortage of space and the quality finishings, care and attention to detail that the property has reserved for this property stand out immediately. Warm and full of atmosphere where wood, as tradition of the valley, is the main actor. On the first floor there is the entire living area with large kitchen, bathroom and living room with the inevitable wood-burning masonry stove and large French window with sliding doors, in fine larch wood, which allows us to exit on the terrace. The entire second floor is reserved for the intimacy of the sleeping area, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, each one different from the other and each with its own personality, wrapped and protected by the inevitable exposed wooden roof. Then there are the ancillary spaces, laundry, cellar and a garage of about fifty square meters suitable to accommodate several vehicles at the same time. To say more could be superfluous, so we invite you to visit us.
