Old traditional village house in attractive inland area to be restored in inland white washed village at the foot of the majestic Sierra de los Filabres in Almería, Andalusia in the South of Spain. It needs extensive work including a new roof but it retains its character and it would make a cute house in a charming village. The house is on one floor and has 4 rooms, a patio and a stable. Rooms could be build on the second floor or it could be left as one huge roof terrace with fantastic views over the tiled roof tops of the houses in the village across to the countryside and mountains beyond. We can design the house for you and do all the work necessary in the traditional style. The village has several bars, a bank, a pharmacy, health centre and a variety of shops 40 minutes from the coastal towns of Mojácar and Vera and Almería airport.
