This bright and spacious and secure holiday / starter home which is ideally situated in a pretty village with its own commerce and it is also less than 4kms from the mediaeval town of Confolens in the French department of the Charente. The ancient stone built property has 62sqm of living space and has been recently redecorated following the departure of a long-standing tenant.
