Tucked away in a cavernous area, the exterior garden walls enclose the villa and you enter through Brazilian hardwood doors to discover the treasurers beyond. Once inside, an instant sense of awe is felt as the home is designed around a collection of huge volcanic boulders. The sensation of tranquility is instant as the panoramas of the Caribbean Ocean lure the eyes to embrace the turquoise waters. Water's Edge is uniquely connected with outdoor living as all three of the property's buildings have been constructed to fit amongst the granite rocks. Cream coloured exteriors with white peaked-roofs and orange clay tiles provide soft tones to contrast against the vibrant scenery. Large folding glass doors and picture windows frame the unhindered views while enabling a refreshing breeze to travel throughout the indoor living spaces. The patio and deck afford plenty of space featuring an outside bar area equipped with power points and a spot for an extra fridge. In addition to various hidden spaces for stargazing and sun lounging, when it's time to cool off, the 24ft pool with its unique little river and footbridge are a blessing for a refreshing dip. The first building contains the kitchen and dining area, with state-of-the-art cooking facilities, sparkling tortoise shell granite countertops and custom wooden cabinetry. This great room offers an ocean view and is flooded by natural light from the floor length folding glass doors, which open to the outer decks. In addition to the luxury, fully equipped kitchen, a central island in the cooking area comprises bar stools and an additional small sink and station for preparing cocktails. A wine fridge compliments the open space where you can serve and entertain your guests relaxing on a unique built-in stone sofa. An expansive pantry with additional kitchen prep area links the great room to the indoor and outdoor shower, bath and laundry areas which are all accessible for pool use. From the second building, the expansive windows deliver a dramatic view of the ocean. This room was intended as the main indoor living area, and the design possibilities are endless for any new owner to craft the room with the comforts and amenities they desire. Currently this room doubles as another bedroom with access to the pool bath. The third building holds two and a half bedrooms. Both main bedrooms have direct patio access where a plunge pool is situated, while offering seclusion between the boulders and views looking out to sea. Both bedrooms contain king-sized beds, en-suite bathrooms featuring a powder areas for makeup, double sinks, and gorgeous outdoor showers constructed between the boulders. One of the bedrooms is also fitted with a small kitchenette behind double wooden doors and a pass through window giving the owners a private place for breakfast and other meals if not wanting to use the main kitchen.
