The villa, whose renovation was completed in June 2019, is located in Montecatini Val di Cecina (Pi), in the Tuscan countryside between Lajatico and Volterra. The property is set within an estate of more than twenty hectares, six of which are planted with vines and fully fenced, as well as olive groves and woods. The house consists of two units. The one on the ground floor (about 200 sq. m.) has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of which with hydro-massage shower and Turkish bath) and a toilette, a laundry room, an office, a spacious living area with fireplace, satellite TV, pool table (convertible into a dining table for 10-12 people) and kitchen. In regard to the tourism business the owner applied for projects in pending approval: 1) extension/renovation of an annex to be converted into an additional 4 beds and a multipurpose room for events/ceremonies, spa etc to be at service of the villa; 2) tennis & padel courts; 3) photovoltaic plant with car charging station; 4) lake/pond.
