The house is a 10 minute drive from Kotor Old Town, and another 10 minutes from UNESCO protected Perast. There are supermarkets and many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Tivat airport is 12 km away with Dubrovnik and Podgorica airports around 1. 5 hrs drive, offering regular flights all over Europe.
