We present to you a new project in the design process, located in the city of Sofia, gh. Mladost 4, on the corner of Acad. Rumen Tsanev St. and Zhecho Gyumushev St. The project consists of two buildings – Building A with five floors and Building B with four floors, which will represent residential, office and shop parts. The construction of above-ground and underground parking spaces is planned. The first stage of the project is currently being designed, namely the construction of Building A, which will have a built-up area of ​​3,700 sq.m. The place was specially chosen because it is located in a district with great development and well-built infrastructure. Nearby there are schools, large shopping chains, food chains, a polyclinic, the Municipality of Mladost, a park and a children’s amusement park. Adjacent to the future building is the future Mladost Park, which will be located on a large area, and this will allow the future owners of the building to have quick and easy access to green areas, sports facilities, a place to rest and walk. The buildings will be finished, in a luxurious and cozy style. The construction of a vertical layout with predominant greenery is planned.
