The tower is divided in four levels: the “Salle de Bain” (entirely covered in frescos), the Salotto Nuziale and the above mentioned double Suite of the Sposi with original ancient wood floor. On the ground floor of this tower there is a Chapel. There also are three kitchen and several storage of large and small dimension already equipped. There are large and majestic fireplaces such as the marble one entirely sculpted by great artists as well as museum-rooms and library with rare and surprising collection with rare pieces of extreme beauty. A swimming pool is located near the walls. It is of the “skimmer“ type, it has a rectangular shape with one of the short sides shaped as a crescent moon and has a roman stairs. It is of 12.5 x 6 metres with thermal Jacuzzi with aromatherapy and chromo-therapy. The characteristic balconies, loggias, panoramic terraces, yards, kiosks, wells and inner garden are only few of the marvellous features to discover such as the evocative patrol walkway with cannons and guard towers, where it is possible to admire a 360° wonderful panorama over the heart of the green Italy. There also is a source of spring water. The phone system and the ADSL are working. The electrical plants are mono-phase/divided three-phases (70 kw); the thermo-hydraulic, alarm and security systems are in great conditions; there are four phone lines and the water supply is supported by large buried pools with “inverter“ pipes with high pressure. The anti-lightning plant has copper cross-linked with ground discharge. The sewerage system is in accordance with the law as there have been done some restoration over the park with a repositioning of the embankment and placement of sewer and drainage pipes. The ceilings and plasters have been restored in respect of the historical and artistic feature of the house. The external walls of the building are made of the local stone, ancient bricks and are plastered in pale pink. The internal floors are in cotto, wooden marble and prestigious majolica. There are stone and bricks vaulted ceilings and panelled wood with frescos on the main floor. The castle has been restored to reinforce its structure in accordance with the anti-seismic laws (with proper certifications). The work consisted in the positioning of hundreds of micro-poles in the foundation of every building; the titanium hooping of the towers; the lightening of the vaults and their relative hooping and blockage; the reinforcing of the upper floors and the insertion of H type iron beams in the painted ceilings. The floors of the main floor, of wooden tiles, are suspended and anchored to the bearing walls. All the roof coatings have been redone and insulated ex-novo. The ancient tiles have been integrated with other ancient tiles, where necessary. All of the frames (windows, doors, railings) have been restored, when possible, philologically or redone in the same feature of the original with exclusive materials and traditional methods, in harmony with the structure. Location The historical residence is situated in a convenient position, very close to the main roads even if in a panoramic location. It is near the hamlet that hosts it and 3 kilometres far from the centre of a beautiful Umbrian town equipped with all of the services. The total perimeter of the building is of 800 metres including three easily accessible roads. The castle is served by nine entrances that come from one side of the property while the rest is open on the surrounding country. Three entrances are from the park (with large automatized wrought iron gates), one from the inner yard, one from the facing park and three from the inner hamlet. Five minutes away by car there are the train station and the motorway that link it to the nearby Perugia and centre Italy. In a radius of 25-35 kilometres it is possible to reach the major centres of Umbria and Tuscany such as Assisi, Gubbio, Orvieto, S.Casciano, Pienza and Siena. It is also very close to the S.
