This touristic zoned field has an area of 9.768 sqm and is located in the Pissouri area in Limassol District. It is situated 100m north of the beachfront and circa 4km from Pissouri Village. It is accessible via a registered dirt road on its northwest boundary and falls within a touristic zone allowing for the development of a hotel as well as villas. The asset acquired a planning permit with file number ???/543/2009 for subdividing the field into 9 plots although no construction work has commenced. The Pissouri area is considered to be a well-developed touristic area with access to several amenities and facilities such as hotels, restaurants and shops. The immediate area consists of mainly undeveloped land and some touristic units west of the asset.
