There is also a covered barbeque and a puppy kennel and run.On the lower is a self-contained apartment comprising of a lounge/dining room with an American kitchen which leads out onto a private terrace, two double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and a further bathroom. Large storeroom (42 m2 which could be transformed into a self contained studio apartment), utility room with dog bath and a separate three car carport.The property is situated at the end of a 500 mt. track which passes through the olive groves. The land is planted with olive, avocados and citrus trees and is partly fenced. The area around the villa is completely fenced. A 80 mt. driveway with CCTV and automatic gates leads to the villa. Mains water, electricity and telephone are connected and there are also rights to water from a natural spring and a 40 m3 tank for irrigation.The hamlet of La Alquer?a is situated between the villages of Alhaur?n de la Torre and Alhaur?n El Grande.
