This stone-built house is one of the older properties of the small market town called Chaos. It is stone-built, and all of the walls are in good condition. The roof is dry. As well as being a family home, it also used to be the old bar and watchmakers shop. You can easily see by the level of finishings around the doors and windows that it was a quality house back in the day. The new owner could remodel this house to take up to 5 bedrooms. There are several entrances to the property; we chose the side entrance on the first floor to navigate through the property. Below and to the left of the entrance is a courtyard and the door to a separate building large enough to be a studio apartment or a luxurious lounge for the main house. It is small, but the possible removal of the fireplace it could be used, though this area will likely be remodelled to incorporate a passageway with a storage room. The old bar mentioned earlier is also big enough for an ensuite that lies beyond this room. The stone annexe outside has numerous possibilities due to its size.
