If the property were mine, I would want to plaster board the ceilings of the top floor, and paint them. For the moment, the ceilings have not been painted, nor the pine roof beams boxed in. I would want to add these finishing touches to the top floor, so that the property would feel more 'finished.' But this involves very little work. The upstairs bedrooms are ideal for children or teenagers, I would keep the downstairs master bedroom for myself.
