Immediately on the right there is a doorway which leads into the ground floor of the accommodation unit. On entering you are into a corridor and to the right a doorway leads into a good size double bedroom. Adjacent to the bedroom an archway leads into a fully fitted shower room with a stone hand basin, WC, and a large walk in shower. Walking down the corridor from the front door at the end there is a further shower room with a hand basin, WC and a shower cubical. Adjacent to this a doorway leads into a 2nd double bedroom which has space for a double bed or two singles. Pool & Terrace On passing the first accommodation unit you continue on the gravelled drive then you arrive at the main villa accommodation and the swimming pool area. A few steps lead up to the sun terrace surrounding the kidney shaped swimming pool. On one side of the swimming pool there is a wooden pergola covered outside dining area with sufficient space to seat 16 to 20 people comfortably. In addition, there is a brick built BBQ. There is plenty of space around the pool for sun loungers. At the far end of the pool there is access to the upper level of the accommodation unit via a small balcony. There is space here for a small dining table and chairs. From here a doorway leads into a self-contained accommodation unit. As you enter the front door, you are into a small, self-contained kitchen/dining/living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas cooker and oven, microwave, sink unit as well as kitchen storage units. There is also space for a 2/3 seater sofa. From here a doorway leads into a double bedroom with free standing wardrobe and drawers. Immediately off the bedroom there is a doorway leading into a shower cubicle and a further door leading into a cloakroom with a WC and hand basin. Returning to the pool area and the opposite end to the accommodation unit there is the main villa accommodation. There is a small, covered porch with space for a table and chairs. From here, a doorway leads into the main villa. As you enter you arrive into a small reception hallway with a door at the far end leading out to the rear of the villa. Adjacent to this, a few steps lead up into a fully fitted kitchen with wall and floor units and granite worktops. The kitchen is fully fitted with a 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, sink unit and a dishwasher. Immediately adjacent to the kitchen, there is an internal living and dining room. There is space in here for a dining room table and chairs, as well as a 3 piece suite of furniture. There is also space for occasional living room furniture, such as coffee table, bookshelves etc. From the living room, an archway leads into a small corridor leading to 2 more double bedrooms and a family bathroom fully fitted with a WC, hand basin and bath with shower screen and shower attachment. In addition, pathways lead to activities such as trampolining and a number of wooden built, chill out platforms. Amongst the pine trees, there are a total of 3 wooden accommodation cabins. They provide accommodation by way of double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, small dining table and a small drinks fridge. In addition, each cabin has a small, wooden terrace with a table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the views and the sounds of the natural park. In total, the whole complex can accommodate 18 people. The main villa and the 2-story accommodation unit can accommodate 12 people in total with a further 6 guests in the log cabins. As mentioned earlier, the whole complex has been run as a successful business for a number of years and bookings are already secured for 2023. Activities offered are walking holidays, yoga classes, exercise classes to name a few.
