We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our successful Lettings team. Your main duties will include responsibility for the administration element of the letting of Newlon’s empty properties, the beginning and ending of tenancies and the probationary process of establishing new customers in their homes. With proven administration experience in a customer service delivery role, you will have first class communication skills, demonstrable empathy with the needs of residents and a genuine commitment to resolving tenancy issues. A basic understanding of the principles of housing, based on your experience, is also required, along with good IT skills. Flexibility is essential as you will be expected to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends in order to meet customer demand.
