Born and raised in Oakland, Michael graduated from San Rafael High School in 1992. At that time, he was drafted to play for the Oakland As, which he declined. Later, he was drafted to the Texas Rangers, but finally signed with the Tampa Bay Rays in 1996. After earning his B.A. degree in psychology from Sonoma State University, Michael started his real estate career in 2005. He got his grounding in originating loans for Cal Bay Capital in the East Bay. A year later, he transitioned to Realty World Global, where he worked in both loans and home sales. In 2007, he received his broker’s license. Fueled by his passion to help his clients buy their first homes, Michael was acknowledged by the East Bay Association of Realtors for his success. He joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2018 and now resides in Novato. He has gone on to earn several certifications, including Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). When Michael is not working diligently to help his clients, he enjoys doing Yoga, landscaping, and watching football.
