Cosy apartment  in Villajoyosa with sea views, on the fifth  of six floors with lift. The apartment is located in Villajoyosa, opposite  Paraiso Beach in Residential Garden Court, Partida Paraiso number 9, within 30 minutes drive to Alicante airport.  The flat is suitable for people with wheelchairs, being  designed with this particularily in mind.   Air conditioning  heating or cool in the two bedrooms and living room.  This is an ideal place for a holiday for families with one or two children or for groups of friends. The flat has a dining room, joined with a living room, a well-equipped American kitchen including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, glasses and blender. One bathroom with walk in shower (including towels) and a spacious glassed balcony, from where you have a panoramic view to the private pool of the residential area and the beach  is  approximatley  100 metres from the flat.  Another separate toilet and wash-hand basin is handily placed. The rooms have built-in wardrobes, several sets of bed linen included. Electric blinds, climatic automated controls. Communal swimming pool and covered parking is part of the complex. A well-stocked supermarket is located near the apartment, and large store fifteen minutes away. The area offers many interesting features, such as a zoo, waterpark, amusement park, local cruises and  nearby castles. Cleaning costs: 60 euros on vacating. Rentals available, minimum 5 days.  Price in high season: 125 euros per day, low season: 70 euros per day. Discounts for longer stays available on request. Peak and off season available. The complex is in one of the most beautiful  parts of Spain, located near Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Alicante. A local bus service has a stop close to the apartments, and the costal Tram service is 15 minutes away. Rain is an  infrequent visitor, the climate is mild, thanks to its situation between the mountains and the coast. This is the area where the temperature is pleasant throughout October to the end of April, but obviously higher in the summer. The beach comprises  sand and pebbles, is lengthy and deepens slowly. You can also rent sunbeds and  parasols everywhere for a fair price. The bars on the beach offer paella, tapas, sangria and many other delicacies.
