Montreal benefits from being in a near perfect location in SW France. The hilltop town is close to the Mediterranean coast, within easy reach of the Pyrenean Mountains for winter sports, and a close neighbour of Carcassonne with its international airport and superb modern amenities. Although not a large town Montreal has much to offer. The house is remarkable for its honey coloured stone facade and balcony. It is situated on a quiet street with a wooded embankment on one side and the municipal park just a stroll away. Although recently renovated, care has been taken to retain all the original character features. It is a very welcoming three storey home. The ground floor flows easily from one room to another.
